Fold in the chopped apples, nuts, and raisins.
Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centres are set.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
