Ingredients
2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. melted butter
2 egg yolks
1 whole egg
Directions
Heat oven to 350°.
Mix coconut, sugar, flour, butter,egg yolks, and egg in a medium bowl until ingredientshold together.
Moisten your hands with water, and roll dough into walnut-size balls.
Transfer dough balls to parchmentpaper–lined baking sheets, and bake until golden ontop, about 15 minutes.
