Ingredients:
¼ cup all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt 2 egg whites
½ cup light brown sugar
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups almond flour
Directions:
Whip the egg whites with salt and vanilla in a container until fluffy.
Put in the sugar and continue mixing until shiny and firm.
Drop spoonfuls of batter on a baking tray coated with baking paper.
Preheat the oven and bake to 350F
Bake for about twenty minutes or until a golden-brown colour is achieved and crisp.
