Ingredients
¼ cup butter softened
¼ cup coconut oil
¼ cup cornstarch
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice

2/3 cup white sugar
